The project is setting out from the thought; "How can I let the conductors get inspired by and collaborate with each other, but at the same time keep them from competeting like crazy, as they apparently tend to do. In the drawing, each of the 12 conductors are put in a separate space / zone even inside the public space. They will not necessarily hear the works of the other conductors, but they will be aware of their presence, and hopefully get inspired.
